How do I book an appointment?
Open Book, choose Blink Services, Blink 1-2 Week Fill or Blink 3 Week Fill, then select your service and an available time. Complete the required forms and payment during booking.
Which lash set should I choose?
The Essential (Classic) creates a soft, defined look. The Signature (Hybrid) adds texture and fullness. The Theory (Volume) gives a fuller finish. The Perfect Wink (Wispy Signature) offers an airy, textured look. Share your preferences with Jai to help choose your style.
How much are lash sets and fills?

How long does an appointment take?
Full sets are scheduled for 2 hours. Blink 1-2 Week Fill appointments are 1 hour, and Blink 3 Week Fill appointments are 90 minutes. Lash Bath is 10 minutes; Fresh Start Removal is 90 minutes.
How much is due when I book?
$30 is due at booking for a full set or fill, and $10 is due for Fresh Start Removal. Lash Bath is $10 total and paid in full at booking. The amount paid is applied toward your service total; any remaining balance is due at your appointment.
When should I book a fill?
Choose the category that matches the time since your full set or last fill: Blink 1-2 Week Fill or Blink 3 Week Fill. Fill eligibility also depends on the condition of your remaining extensions. If a new set or removal is needed, Jai will discuss the service and price before making a change.
Where are you located, and what are your hours?
Blink Theory by Jai is a home studio serving the Southaven and Memphis area. The exact address is shared privately after your appointment is confirmed. Appointments are offered Monday through Friday, 11 AM–5 PM, subject to availability.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive on time with clean lashes and no mascara, strip lashes or eye makeup. Tell Jai about known allergies, previous reactions, current eye concerns or recent eye procedures in your booking forms. Review Before Booking and the client forms before your visit.
What if I need to cancel, reschedule or arrive late?
Contact Jai as soon as possible at 662.385.6300 or perfectwink@blinktheorybyjai.com. Cancellation under 24 hours costs 50% of the service price; rescheduling under 24 hours costs $30. A canceled appointment after arrival more than 15 minutes late costs 50%, and a no-show costs 100%. Amounts already paid are credited toward the applicable fee. Review the booking policies and the terms shown during booking for cancellation, rescheduling and no-show details.
Do I have to agree to photos or videos?
No. Photo and video permission is a separate yes/no choice. Declining permission will not affect your appointment.
How do I care for my lashes between visits?
Follow the aftercare instructions provided at your appointment, keep your lashes clean and avoid pulling on extensions. View the lash care guide and contact Jai if you experience discomfort.
Photo ID required during booking
Have a clear photo of your ID ready to upload in the Acuity booking form. The name on your ID must match your booking name. This is required to secure your appointment. For questions about ID handling or help uploading, contact Jai before booking.
