Availability
Appointments are offered Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Please choose a service that fits your preferred time.
Arrival
Please arrive on time with clean lashes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. A canceled late-arrival appointment carries a fee of 50% of the booked service price. Review all cancellation, rescheduling and no-show fees.
Location
The home studio serves the Southaven and Memphis area. The exact address is shared privately after your appointment is confirmed.
Booking deposits
A $30 deposit is due when you book a full set or fill, and a $10 deposit is due for Fresh Start Removal. Lash Bath is $10 total and paid in full when booking. Deposits are applied toward the service total; any remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Photo ID required during booking
Have a clear photo of your ID ready to upload in the Acuity booking form. The name on your ID must match your booking name. This is required to secure your appointment. For questions about ID handling or help uploading, contact Jai before booking.
